Continuing Care / Alumni

Continuing Care, along with Alumni Services, is a key element in any long-term recovery process. When the initial phase of treatment is complete, ongoing involvement in recovery activities is essential. Continuing Care assists the patient who is integrating the principles established in the initial phase of treatment into daily living. To meet the needs of our Alumni, several Continuing Care groups have been developed to accommodate both day and evening work schedules.

La Hacienda and La Hacienda's Solutions also facilitate Alumni Support Groups for individuals and their families who have completed any of La Hacienda's programs. This group meets each week to assist and support our Alumni with their continued sobriety. These groups also plan several special events throughout the year. Events include summer alumni picnics, alumni reunions, holiday season parties, and other gatherings which enhance alumni camaraderie and support.
